We have put great effort into creating packaging that protects your jewelry as it travels through the postal system - please dispose of all packaging responsibly.
Taxes and Customs
- Delivery to EU addresses aren't subject to customs or import charges.
- For deliveries outside the EU, you may be charged for handling fees and taxes as your order passes through customs. Any charges on a parcel must be paid by the person receiving the parcel.
- We have no control over these charges and we can't tell you what the cost would be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.

Returns
We hope you love your Charalampia items. But if for any reason you’re not entirely satisfied, it’s very simple to return with our returns policy.
Our product return policy lasts for 30 days following the purchase. Once these 30 days have elapsed, we unfortunately will not be able to offer you an exchange or return.
Within 30 days of receiving your Charalampia items, simply send back the items that you want to return and we will replace them or refund the amount you paid for the item.
You are responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our warehouse.
